Work Force

Information literacy skills taught in the school library are used throughout life. When the VP of the company asks for a report, or a project manager asks for research, the employee uses the skills they learned when they were children. In order to have a strong job force full of resourceful people, everyone needs to have information literacy. If not, the job force suffers.
