A- George Washington first used this in 1795 to pardon those involved in the Whiskey Rebellion.

A-They believed that no knowledge is possible of that there is not sufficient or adequate evidence to tell if knowledge is possible.

Q- In the "Snows of Kilimanjaro," what does Harry see on the mountain before he dies? What does it symbolize?

A- He see the legendary gigantic frozen leopard. It symbolizes death in the pursuit of vain pleasures.
